Secondary Market

Transfer your share through Tameh’s Secondary Market

The Tameh Secondary Market gives eligible investors a structured way to transfer their shares after completing the required payment and holding conditions.

What is the Secondary Market?

The Secondary Market allows existing investors to transfer their shares after becoming eligible under Tameh’s rules. It is designed to provide a structured transfer path through announced transfer windows.

Who can sell?

An investor becomes eligible to request a transfer only after:

  • Completing all installment payments in full
  • Waiting 6 months after the final payment date

Before that, the share is not eligible for transfer.

When can transfers happen?

Tameh will announce transfer availability during 2 windows per year.

Transfers can only be processed during these announced windows.

How does it work?

Once eligible, the investor can choose one of the following paths:

Option 1 — Bring your own buyer

The investor may nominate a buyer directly, subject to Tameh’s transfer process and buyer eligibility requirements.

Option 2 — Offer the share through Tameh

The investor may list the share through Tameh for future investors to consider during the announced transfer window.
